Victoria Falls, or ‘Mosi-oa-Tunya’ as it’s known by the locals, is one of the seven natural wonders of the world and is truly an unforgettable sight! We spend one night in this exciting region and include a tour of the falls themselves – be prepared to get very wet!
Our next stop is Chobe National Park, famous for its large buffalo herds and home to Africa’s largest elephant population. As well as game drives, a cruise on the Chobe River gives us a wonderful and somewhat different way of viewing the wildlife, as elephants, hippos and giraffes come down to the banks to quench their thirst. Botswana is a diverse country, rich in culture and spectacular scenery, none more so than the pristine natural wonderland of the Okavango Delta.
